The 2019 Amateur Winemakers of Canada Competition was held in Vancouver this September and the results have just been released. Detailed results by category can be viewed on the AWC website at:

Twelve Nanaimo Winemakers members were awarded a total of 27 medals: 10 gold, 7 silver and 10 bronze.
The Grand Champion Winemaker was none other than our own Don Graham.
Congratulations to Don, Dave Burt, George Beck, Gloria Bell, Andrew Fox, Don Holmes, Lawrence Mathews, Ian Murfitt, Franco Sartor, Cindy Scott, Len Sigurdson and James Waring who are medal winners.
