From the vineyards of Roche Wines, Naramata. The grapes were picked on October 8 and processed by Roche Wines (crushing/destemming, pressing off, settling the juice). The clear juice was shipped in 3 drums on Tuesday October 13 and received in Nanaimo Thursday October 15.
