      Please post your chemistry results for the 2021 Pinot Gris by replying to this topic. Please include notes on any planned adjustments (e.g., your target Brix and TA; how much acid and water you are adding if any).

      The 2021 Pinot Gris came from a small vineyard in Summerland. We take the whole crop which is typically around 1000 lbs. However, this year the crop was decimated by 3 black bears and we ended up with a mere 210 lbs – very disappointing.
