2019 Cabernet Franc Rosé
This Cabernet Franc was picked early in order to provide chemistry appropriate for vinification of a rosé (lower Brix, higher acid). Pick date was September 24, 2019 and crush date was Sept. 27.

2019 Sémillon
This is our first year getting this grape. The source was Rob Cleave's vineyard south of Oliver. Pick date was October 7 and crush date October 11. This grape can be done in an aromatic style, or oaked and put through malolactic like a Chardonnay. Often it is blended with Sauvignon Blanc to produce a White Bordeaux.
