      Pinot Gris sample from bladder press (Mathews)
      Brix 21
      pH 3.07
      TA 8.6
      YAN 112

      I used Dave’s 0.2 NaOH for this test, it was about 10% lower in the TA and YAN results compared to the Vinometrica 0.133 NaOH in my Cab Sauv tests where I used both.
